Lululemon
In Summer 2024, we partnered with Lululemon to design and support their Summer Series—a lineup of evening outdoor fitness events hosted at Hotel X and also used for the Align event in Muskoka. The program blended movement, music, and community in scenic spaces designed to feel energizing and elevated.
The Challenge:
The goal was to create a consistent, high-quality experience across multiple venues while keeping it adaptable for different class formats and instructors. Each stop needed to feel premium, on-brand, and immersive without losing its sense of community.
The Approach:
We built mobile event infrastructure including branded signage and a custom DJ booth to keep the atmosphere dynamic and cohesive. The design balanced functionality with aesthetic impact, ensuring the event felt polished while remaining easy to reset at each location.
Engagement
Guests participated in 60-minute classes led by rotating ambassadors in yoga, HIIT, barre, and Pilates. Set to live DJ sets by DJ Baby Q, the activation fostered an environment that encouraged connection, movement, and collective energy.
Conclusion
The Summer Series delivered a seamless brand experience that captured the essence of summer—energizing, welcoming, and unforgettable—while reinforcing Lululemon’s role at the center of movement and mindfulness.
